1. Prices
All prices are in Euros. Prices valid except error typo. The prices published on this site do not include VAT At the time of order will include the total price with taxes and expenses that apply. All sales are made with the corresponding invoice. The products are available for sale until supplies last. |

2. Shipping
Prepaid Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal for purchases over € 60.
Canary Islands prepaid purchases over € 300 for shipments to the rest of the world view.

3. Shipping and Delivery
All shipments are sent by express delivery in 24/48 hours and the territory Spain, Portugal and Europe (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). In the case of remote villages and islands can be given a case that delivery exceeds 48 hours for delivery to the world you check the above delivery time starts from receipt of your order. 4. Customs
Shipments to countries not included in the European Union and special areas (eg Canary Islands) costs may be subject to customs and import taxes (tariffs) applied by the authorities of destino.Estos expenses are variable and depend on each country customs. 5. Payment |

5.1. Transfer.
If you choose the pre-transfer payment (or deposit account) will be given an account number for payment. 5.2. Credit card.
Payment by credit card is made through a payment gateway secure server bank La Caixa. At no time are stored in our database any information on the card. These data are always treated by the bank.

5.3. On delivery.
If you choose this method, the payment is made in cash to the dealer who delivers your order. The dealer does not support check stubs and credit card payment. This option is only active for Spain and Portugal, because other countries do not pay the courier service.

5.4 Paypal.
Payment is made through the international payment system Paypal. For more information www.paypal.es. For payments with PayPal the customer must provide the NIF for the realization of the bill. |

6. Store Pickup.
You can go to pick up any product in our physical store located in Poligon Industrial Plans d'Arau, C / Narcis Monturiol, 14 08787 La Pobla de Claramunt (Barcelona). GPS Location: 41 º 34 '05 "49252 N 01 º 40' 04" E. 49564 Of course there are NO shipping costs in this mode. Despite not being an Internet sales, the prices are the same as those on the web. The public hours are 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday. |

7. Returns.
You have 7 working days from receipt of the merchandise for return products (according to article 44 of Law 7 / 1996 of 15 January relating to the retail trade as amended by Law 47/2002 of December 19). No refund is not allowed without the latter having been previously accepted by SLU Instop To do this contact the customer service department in the e-mail info@instop.es. The return of products will be provided by the customer. Never admit any shipping expense. The refund of the purchase will be made once the goods are in our stores. After checking the condition of the goods, which must be unused, in original packaging, be shall refund (shipping cost not included), using the same method of payment used for purchase. |

8. Warranty.
All products have manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Any misuse or repair by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty. |
